The Rockabilly Fashion Fair begins on November 3rd and continues till the 23rd and let me tell you, my little black heart is skippin' beats with excitement! I've made a shopping date with one of my favorite Vintage Queens and am actually excited to spend some linden!

What is "Rockabilly"? The Rockabilly Fashion Fair blog itself has a nice explanation on the bottom, or you can Google it...or you can feel it! Rockabilly can be defined in so many ways but what does it all matter when there is no way to describe the way it makes you feel? Yes, it's the music, the clothes, the hair, the cars, everything in between and when you peel all that away....what's left is still Rockabilly.

I love to dress Rockabilly, Pin-up, Retro....but the Psychobilly in me tends to run strong.

Autumn, My Love..

There's so many pieces that make up the person that is me. We'd be here forever if I decided to tell you about that book. My favorite time of the year is Autumn. It's jeans and a t-shirt, pumpkin spiced coffee, PUMPKIN EVERYTHING!, those bright leaves scattered around, the smells, Halloween (of course). It's my comfort zone...and a time when I don't think there is one single day that goes by that I don't smile. Autumn, you are honestly my love. 

The get-up I am in is so much like something I would wear in my everyday life. And the skin, although it was featured in my blog once before, deserved to have it's cleaner moment again because I think Frost Did quite an amazing job.

The Nurse Who Loved Me [System Failure]

Did I mention that I loved the System Failure event this year? This is my first year joining in and I am only sorry that I missed the previous ones! I hear from others that this is one of the best. So if you haven't been down to test your skillz, I suggest you do so! Game Landing Point

One of my favorite things about it is, even though you're going to find some cheaters in every event/hunt/game...the only person you would be cheating in this one is you. It appeased this gamer chick with its adventure/puzzle old school game like vibe.

Just Cherry [System Failure]

So I happened upon the System Failure event and I am SO glad I did! System Failure is a completely interactive and rewarding experience. Very rewarding I might add. Everything I found in this hunt is awesome! System Failure features multiple levels, challenging puzzles, big scares, and of course, dozens of prizes (for both gals and guys!) At the starting point, you get a package that gives you a HUD, Flashlight, Shield Tech Employee Badge, Lab Coat (Mesh, in different sizes). I even had fun wearing the lab coat and the flashlight, as you can see. Then I found a bloody hand and well...the lil zombie in me couldn't help but enjoy my "manwich" and it was finger lickin' good! I am sportin' a cute lil dress I found while playing detective!

Recipe for Zombcakes!

When I came back to Second Life, I came back with a hunger! I wanted my Vintage fashion. I wanted my Psychobilly, Rockabilly, Zombie Pinup Girl hunger satiated! I searched for months and yes I found a few cute things but I found my wicked heart and home in a place called DRBC or Death Rocker Bettie Crocker. I can't say enough about the quality of the clothing or the customer service.
