Did you all make it to A Clockwork Spiral yet? If not, get to it! There's soooo much to show you all and two weeks just isn't enough time in Gia's World! Another one of my favs was this avatar set by Fallen Gods Inc. With such a complete set up, It made my blogging life super simple. It includes the dress of course, shoes, skin, hair, gloves, top hat, brolly and shape (however I used my own in these photos). 

While I was out and about, I had a fellow SL'er send me a portrait she took of me while I was AFK. She found the look to be quite interesting. The look made me feel very statuesque, not doll-like but still coin-operated. 

My bottom photo is unedited! *GASP* not a touch of photoshop on it.  I just feel like messing with it at all was unnecessary. The goodies in the bottom pic are located at A Clockwork Spiral too (with the exception of a couple, the girls portrait and the small suitcase). All by 22769 ~ [Bauwerk] which never cease to amaze me with their creativity and originality and quality! (Yas, I fan girl them).

Okay okay, enough of my ramblings. Just make sure to hit up A Clockwork Spiral and have a ball. It'll only be around till October 1st and then you have another year to wait!

Long overdue for another Eudora post but then...I ran into lots more shinies to add to it!

Steampunk clothing is so hard to find in Second Life, even harder to find great quality steampunk attire. So, if you're one of my followers, I want you to know that it is my personal mission to ALWAYS choose the best of all things Steampunk/Goth, high quality badassery of some of the hardest styles to show in SL and blog them all so that you know where and when to grab!

These are two styles I simply adore and two styles that are very elusive in SL. Well, goth runs aplenty but high quality, high fashion, exceptional goth/steampunk is pretty hard to find! Believe me, I look in every corner of the grid for it. 

Okay so, ran into a few things my fellow Steamers will need in the inventory. 

Secret Affair is opening soon, tomorrow actually. 15th through the 29th. So you have a few days to get in there and grab some stuff, many things actually that caught my eye. From hair, shoes, clothes to horns! HORNS! 

I was just about to bail before all the monies were gone and then Remarkable Oblivion starts setting up! Haha. Had to wait. You will want these babies. I even included a back shot of the horns above so you could see that front to back, they are awesome! They also come with a steam/without steam option. 

I am also sporting Eudora and a DRD belt. DRD has made several steampunk-ish things and DRD is obviously one of Gia's fav places to be. Eudora, although known for their fancy shmancy heels...also make a lot of steam punk badassery! Keep them on your list and keep an eye out because they randomly drop it. For my fellow steampunk gals, the heels are a must have. They come with a HUD for other color options and the small detail is incredible! 

The outfit is a new find for me. I am not too familiar with this store but I loved the couple things I found there. This outfit also came with an awesome scarf but it covered the necklace. 

Yep, I'm being a chatterbox this morning!

Oh, my dearest apologies for not being here to post the 64510449 ideas that have been haunting my mind! Surprisingly enough, bloggers need breaks too. I had a fantasmical week enjoying my RL, that's a good thing. It's like a restart button, also allows for ideas to flow more freely and start fresh. It so breaks my heart to see my fellow bloggers burn themselves out and I don't want to do that to myself either. So thank you all sooo much for being understanding and patient. And....never feel bad about taking breaks from SL. I think too many of us put too much into a virtual life and not enough into our real lives...before you know it, people will exit, people will quit waiting and you won't realize it till it's way too late. SL will always be there, and your true friends in SL will always be understanding. So on to the wardrobe!

Steampunk lifestyle/fashion is just another layer of what makes up me! It is something I have loved since I was a young girl, reading so many novels that touched on it....still, I wasn't quite sure how to explain that part of me to people.

I found a quote that worded it perfectly, “To some, ‘steampunk’ is a catchall term, a concept in search of a visual identity. To me, it’s essentially the intersection of technology and romance. – Jake von Slatt. 

Eudora released some amazing things recently, letting me show off my love for all things Steampunk. Boots and ANOTHER hat...because they did release a hat before but this one is more bomber friendly. I pulled out some of my Steampunk favs from the inventory and came up with this mash-up of greatness! 

Don't worry, I will be back soon....because there seriously have been so many blog ideas poking and prodding at me during my break.
