But First, Let Me Take A Vintage Selfie {Festival of Sin}

Hey dolls! So glad I had a chance to touch base again before my week starts up again! It's going to be a great week....say it with me okay? lol. I hope so anyway!
Soooo many events have started up and my goodness, it's so hard to keep track of them all!  One of the ones I hope you have made it a point to visit is the Festival of Sin II! Such a fun event with tons of SL's top designers in one place, with such an awesome theme, it's pretty awesome to see what they come up with.
The first sin I picked of course was 'Vanity'. I am not familiar with this sin haha but playing a Toreador in Vampire the Masquerade, it was just the one I had to do!
I was able to snag this dress by Valentina who is be far one of the SL designers I will proudly say I fan girl over. I don't even care. Seriously, I don't think I have seen anything by Valentina that I haven't been absolutely taken with. This dress was no exception! This is in the 'Vanity' part of the sim. It so belongs there. With its gorgeousness, I couldn't stop looking at my own avatar haha. I was also undecided on which color to get but surprisingly, I went with pink! *gasp* Good luck with that one. I loved all the colors.

So about the event...
The sim is separated by the 7 sins. Make sure to visit each one, browse around, snag all the goodies and take a look at your surroundings! They're a funny bunch those ones! They tossed in some things to keep you entertained that's for sure!

I am SO sorry for my delay. My power supply decided to basically give me the middle finger just as I was having so much fun with Saviad and Pose Fair and alll the other things! Even though I ordered one the same night, it still took alll the way until today to arrive. While I was waiting though, I think I got hooked on a lil show called 'Sons of Anarchy'. Done with season 1 already and it's kinda awesome! Don't be surprised if biker pics start popping up all over the damn place in Gia's World!
So I am tossing in a quickie here that I had finished right before my power supply passed away. The awesome chair I am about to fall off of is by Infiniti, another ah-may-zin pose maker in SL. If you're not familiar with Infiniti, you definitely should be. I love the many different poses included in the chair and the many different ways you can play with it. Drama, sexy and everything else! This was just my lil spin on it. Thankfully, TfAtN sent me some purdy thangs to play with from the 'Create your own Tarot' event. “Create your own Tarot” is a series of Secondlife events exploring one theme of the Major Arcana cards in each month. Last months was 'The Fool' and this months is 'The Magician'. So clearly I didn't stay in theme, or maybe I did. Never can tell!

Oh So Glam {Skin Fair 2015}

Hey dolls!

Has everyone rampaged into the Skin Fair?! One of the most anticipated events evar!
I was able to take a peek around the two sims and snag a couple favs. So I get to focus on that for a few days. Hoping to keep it all skin and very little clothing lol. It should be fun. It's not something I am really used to so, here we go!
The first one I am show casing isn't a skin place a blog for, just one I loved and given, just a tad bias since Glam Affair is so Maitreya friendly and we all know Gia loves the Maitreya body so much!
There are several options for this skin but I loved the smokey look around the eyes of course. It's always been one of my favorite looks in RL and SL!
If you don't have the Maitreya body (for some odd reason!), Glam Affair skins are all included in the Maitreya body hud so, if you own Glam Affair skins, all you have to do is match up your body color with the skin you're wearing!
In typical Glam Affair fashion, the new skin is super soft and gorgeous. The eyebrows seemed a bit more defined to me and I loved that! But maybe that was just me lol.
Okay so on to the next one but this is definitely a stop you should make! Demo and then buy!

Keep in mind that a script limit will be enforced for the first week of the event to try and keep the lag down. Wear your system clothes and remove any unnecessary HUDS, keep all attached pets and babies at home with sitters, etc. No need to attach the entourage while you're demo'ing skins believe me! Let's keep it nice and clean and get in and out with alll the goodies!
Also, Skin Fair isn't only skins so, get them lindens ready to flail. I saw some ah-may-zin tattoos, make-up and other neatness there so, take your time and browse!
