Voyeurism...They Like To Watch

The thing about watching is...it's naughty, you're not supposed to do it...and so it's a turn on (to some!). What you might not know is that the person you're watching, might actually like it. So who is the real perv? Haha. I mean, so long as you don't include murder....
I think one of the first movies that exposed me to 'Voyeurism' was the movie 'Psycho'. I was too young at the time to know it was even called that. This amazingness by DRD will remind you of just that. The other movie that exposed me to it was 'Sliver'....anybody watched that one? One of the Baldwins and Sharon Stone...pretty steamy stuff and so much voyeurism!
TAG Gacha is up and at em' this round! Such a great one! I hope you've all took some time out to enjoy it, and I mean that...honestly it takes some time haha. But I don't mind hopping around to all the stores for some shopping fun. It's always great to see what they will come up with.

Such is life, real life....taking up all my precious blog time. That's alright though. It gives me a chance to bring a more artsy side to myself out and that is always my favorite way to blog.
With my lack of blog time, of course is the lack of time to be in game as well and that saddens me...and also beings many questions to mind.

Our relationships in SL are precious, I mean, at least they are to me. When I make a friend, I keep my friends. When I am not able to log in, I miss my friends. If I were a sim (as in a sim character from the game 'The Sims'), my social level would be dropping drastically. Most of my socializing is done in Second Life because, as I've said many times, I'm an introvert.
The point I am getting at here is, how well do you know your friends? Are they willing to reach out to you when you don't log in? Will they forget about you should you decide to take a break from Second Life?
The friends that I know will go above and beyond, are the ones that I hold dearest to me. Though I love them all...some of you I would take a bullet for....like in the leg or something though.<3
In this game, the one we devote so much time to...it's just my personal thought and experience that, you only ever make a couple REAL friends. Treat them well, cherish them. 

So I had a chance to show off another Petite Mort dress in my creepy lil pic. Though I thought of all kinds of fanciful ways to doll it up, the darker side of me took over and this happened instead...and I was happy with it. With 6 different shades available, I am sure you will love it as much as I do.

My fellow roleplayers will love DRD at the Arcade this round. SO much stuff to add to your wardrobes! So get to trading or try your luck at hitting up the Arcade or the gacha sales! 

This one I am featuring is the rare. All I could envision was an elf queen and the look came to me in a second.

Also, perfect time for me to break in the newest addition to my inventory...that's right I finally loved on a mesh head enough to buy it! Curse you Lelutka! Lol When I first saw the Stella mesh head, I definitely thought she was prettier than the rest but then I saw a certain skin on it that totally sold me on her! I've actually bought several appliers for this head, she's quite the piece of work. So glad I finally decided to snag her! The Glam Affair Fantasy line for this head was no exception.

The Arcade is open and I am sure it is no easier to get in now than it was the first moment it opened. It is usually like this for several days (weeks maybe!), but I hope a few of you have had a chance to get in and snag some of the goodies! I've had a few friends that scored some awesomeness at round one so I am itching to get in there myself!

Death Row Designs is there and of course is as badass as ever. I don't know how so much awesomeness is crammed into one little machine but yeah, it's there. There's so many outfits and so many pieces that you will want so definitely make use of gacha yard sales and trades and stuff! That's the way to go I tell ya! And once again I will say that we are truly spoiled because back in the day, you couldn't get quality items like this for these prices!

So I plan to do a series with the DRD stuff, this was just one of my favs and the residents of Gia's World aren't surprised that it is OF COURSE a post apocalyptic outfit! Next post of the series is a surprise so, keep your eyes, right here!

Do You Voodoo Too?

I think by now, everyone knows that I almost exclusively get my nails did at Dark Passions. There's a reason that I give that place so much love and devotion though. Seriously, if you're not familiar with the shop, you're missing out! Originality a lil bit o' gore, horror, goth, nu goth, pastel goth, Victorian goth and if you look close enough, you might find some cutesy designed nails there. Both Maitreya and Slink friendly (With special requests for Belleza), it's definitely a shop I adore.
I know a lot of people are like, one color and go when it comes to nail polish. I'm a bit pickier myself. But, there are days when I don't want to mess around too much and I have a favorite 'go to' polish and that's the  Dark Passions - Koffin Nails: Roaring 20s & Dirty 30s OR DP - Koffin Nails - French Manicure - Black Tips. I love them both and they go with alll the things!
So I did a special lil nail blog post with a closie of some badassery nails that Dark Passions released for Horror Haute. C'mon now, how often are you going to be able to say you wore voodoo pins in your nails? Nevar! The prices are always shockingly low so, do take advantage! These lil ebil cuties are only 50L at Horror Haute so go take a look and lemme see the voodoo that you do!

I have chatted you all up many a times about my mad obsession with music. I have a certain love for it. I'm eclectic...meaning I can jump from one Genre to the next quite easily. Wanna play a game? I so did say that in the creepy "Saw" voice! Okay, so I am using shuffle on my main Ipod, yes I have three in order to survive! So, shuffle on my main (10 songs only) goes like this, and I will be totally honest and not switch it up. (Don't judge!)

My main point is that my music heavily inspires me! Sometimes I think that when I am on my death bed, if you put my headphones on me and crank the volume (make it Tool!), I will probably stand right up and take off running. Some of my music can bring me to tears in a moment, some of it is just mesmerizing! Do you have a song that can take you back to a certain moment in life? Songs that hold memories of sadness or great memories of happiness. I think music holds so much power....we simply just don't give it enough credit.

So having said that...may the power of music and all its badassery lead you to these awesome Remarkable Oblivion headphones at Fameshed. I kinda fell in love with them and they really inspired the pic and the whole vibe for this pic!

Wow, that was pretty much my reaction to allll of the TAG Gacha this round. Holy hell did they blow me away with the badassery. It has been awhile since I wanted to hug and smack so many designers for being so amazingly creative and then for stealing all my damn linden! UGH! But I loved it and had fun bouncing around place to place. So who all had issues realizing you had to touch the 'Tag Here' sign? Lol. I didn't! *coughs*. Hey, it was also 3am so there! I hope you all had as much fun as I did though. I already know everyone was snagging these amazing dolls by Remarkable Oblivion! It's not only their look, their heads turn towards the nearest avatar in a very creepy way. In the Remarkable Oblivion chat group, this was said and I thought it described them perfectly! "Yes they follow you... Then when you're not looking they pull out large kitchen knives and try to slash your achille's tendon so you can't run away when they begin to stab you to death while singing "jesus loves the little children". -Mordeth Morgwain

I had to beat down the machine to get allll the things! I wanted the rares and also the mystery thingy...so if you don't know what it is, check out what I am holding! Oh I was so in love, seriously. What is this odd obsession I have with umbrellas? I can't even say but I have a ton in SL. All sorts and styles. Weird ones and stuff. This one is definitely amongst my absolute favs!

Don't worry, I wont fall! I promise. Has everyone been to The Dressing Room? It has been one of  my favorite stops for quite a long time now. I love that you can be as creative as you want to be with it. In my picture, I duplicated it and added another wall on either side of me to make it seem like I was in some sort of high rise. The Vintage & Cool event is almost over and I still feel like I've not even tapped into anything so I really hope you've all been there and looked around and of course, I know most of you snagged this outfit. The dress was honestly one of my favorites of the event, are we allowed to say that? Haha. Well it's true! With it's simplicity, soft floral print texture, it really did embody the theme of the event. Great job Delirium Style! The dress has so many different prints to chose from, make sure to check them all out and, it's a fair EXCLUSIVE so don't miss it!! I paired it with Eudora's Vintage & Cool release which complimented each other well with another soft floral print design on the wedges and a HUD that allows you multiple color options on the material as well as the wood part of the wedge.

I decided on doing a school girl kinda look with this outfit because...I've always loved the vintage style and being able to enjoy a teenage life during that era, I think, would have been amazing! Albeit heartbreaking! As it seems so many of the icons were so tragically/abruptly taken. Although I am in Johnny Cash's boyhood home of Dyess Colony (in SL) my heart was wrapped around Elvis during this post...well all of them. Elvis, James Dean, Patsy, Buddy Holly, Ritchie...we could go on forever, I love them all! So my post is dedicated to them, the ones that kept/keep our heads in the clouds, make us sing along and keep us in an era far better than the one we're in right now!

All The Wrong Moves

Month of Games is up and running in SL. I already made my rounds and, in all honesty when I went, I was expecting to pop in and out but I was intrigued. So many designers participating with so many different styles, UNIQUE styles! Chess, Candyland and Clue are the game themes..and obviously, I'm showing you a lil Chess!
Zibska is participating in it. Although I loved each outfit, I choose the Bishop outfit this time. I won't pretend to know anything about chess either. I have no patience to learn that game. I can only say that marble chess tables/pieces I find to be quite beautiful. I would definitely get one for decoration and maybe, just maybe some day...I would learn to play the game. And so, that is what my photo is based on, something beautiful, making all the wrong moves. More Zibska right around the corner luvies! <3

This was one of the beauty's that I've been wanting to show you. It took me awhile to blog it because the outfit is just so perfect to me and I had a vision in mind and I couldn't simply blog it, I had to wait till I got the vision right. Something so deadly, bloody, evil...but just too beautiful to kill.

You guess who released it, c'mon, I'll wait......that's right! Boudoir! One of the newer ones anyway since they are releasing awesome things back to back here! I just can't keep up with the amazing things. With my preference for all that is dark and macabre, I fell in love with this one. The head piece and staff are beyond words breathtaking. Two staffs mind you. One to carry on your back, or one that is to be held in your hand.
